Biologics and Vaccines: Durable Coding for Cold Chain Packaging

Biological products, vaccines, diagnostic reagents and other products are temperature-sensitive, requiring cold chain transportation and storage throughout the process. Packaging marks need to remain clear and durable in low-temperature environments. TTO can print high-density GS1 DataMatrix codes containing product serial numbers, batch numbers, expiration dates, and other information, achieving full traceability from production to vaccination. Some vaccine products also require printing "Scan code to verify vaccination" prompts.

Medical-grade low-temperature resistant resin-based TTO ribbons are recommended, as they have stable performance under temperature cycles from -40°C to room temperature, are resistant to alcohol wiping, and meet GMP requirements for biological products.
